Text & Telephone Helplines
I recognize that reaching out for help can be challenging and daunting. It's important to know that if you're struggling, there are organizations ready to offer support.
I've gathered a list of general helplines in one convenient place for you. While it's not exhaustive, I've focused primarily on resources available in the US, where I reside.
With your assistance, one day we can expand this list to encompass resources not only in the US but worldwide, catering to people everywhere. Your input and suggestions are invaluable, so please don't hesitate to reach out with any recommendations. Together, we can make a difference in ensuring support is accessible to all who need it.
